Polish military liner jacket.
It's made of thick, sturdy quilted fabric with ribbed cuffs. The large placket and diagonal quilted stitching create a block pattern that's very stylish.
Of course, since it is originally a liner item, it is highly resistant to the cold and can be worn like a thin down jacket.
