The "FI-Distressed Double Knee Shorts," released as an annual staple.

Based on the double-knee painter pants from a leading American workwear brand, we have reconstructed them as shorts while retaining the basic details.

While retaining the rugged feel found in American-made double-knee painter pants, we adjusted the overall silhouette and pattern to better suit the Japanese physique. The result is a roomy baggy shorts silhouette not found in the original.

This season, we have revised the pattern and colors from last year's model, updating them to a balance that is more suitable for daily wear.

The fabric used is cotton duck, which is denser and has a better texture than what is typically used in workwear. The colors reproduce the faded hues and subtle color variations of vintage clothing that has been worn for many years. It is available in a total of 7 colors, including the new Wine Grey, Smoky Khaki, and Harbor Grey.
