The "FI-Distressed Double Knee Shorts," a staple released every year.

Based on the double knee painter pants from a leading American workwear brand, we reconstructed them as shorts while retaining the basic details.

While retaining the rugged feel found in American-made double knee painter pants, the overall silhouette and pattern have been adjusted to better suit the Japanese physique. The result is a relaxed, baggy shorts silhouette not found in the original.

This season, we have revised the pattern and colors from last year's model, updating them for a better balance that is easier for daily wear.

The fabric used is cotton duck, which is denser and has a superior texture compared to what is typically used in workwear. The colors are inspired by well-worn vintage clothing, reproducing faded shades and even subtle color differences. Available in a total of 7 colors, including the new Wine Grey, Smoky Khaki, and Harbor Grey.
