Return period

Please check your delivered items within 8 days of receiving them.

If you find any defects in the product, we will accept returns or exchanges.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send a return or exchange request to info@fifth-general-store.jp.

We only accept returns for customer convenience if the item is resalable. Please note that the shipping costs for shipping and return are the responsibility of the customer.

In addition, for returns or exchanges due to product defects or our mistake, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

How to return

Please contact us at info@fifth-general-store.jp with your name, order number (a four-digit number beginning with #), and reason for return.

After checking the contents, we will send you an email with the return address and return instructions.
