It experienced explosive growth with the Second Summer of Love in the late 1980s.
This is a collection of works by Dave Swindells, who photographed the early Ibiza scene known as Retro Ibiza.
The photos were originally taken for work on Time Out, and some of them have been made public.
Most of the works have never been published before and are being shown for the first time in this collection.
